I don’t know about you but, I have been in a rut of long fantasy books that are all 600 pages long. While these Epic tales are, exactly that, Epic — sometimes I could use a quick little break that I can hit that “complete” button on Story Graph or Goodreads. After all we’re all just recovering burnt out over achievers just trying to hit some arbitrary reading goal we hit for ourselves. These books are a nice little treat to get us 1 step closer to our proverbial personal pan pizzas.
